Sonal Nayak3 StarThe reason for three stars is that the nurses seems to take care of my dad but the receptionist is rude. My dad told me that he made a request with the manager and she said yes. The receptionist picked up the phone and I ask for the manager. She said she is not here. When I told her that my dad made a request. I had to csncell everything including my training session to see him. She didn't let me see him upon his request and told me I have to make an appointment and I cannot just come in. I went back disappointed and they told me I can see him on Saturday or Sunday. I have cancelled my appointment for Friday to move it to Saturday and Sunday and your telling me to make an appointment on Saturday or Sunday?
But can't complain sometimes I have a good experience and sometimes I don'tTuesday 1st March 2022

The staff is welcoming and always willing to work as a team. It is a family atmosphere with the interaction of staff and residents. The staff is dedicated to excellent resident care and goes above and beyond to insure this. It is a privilege to work here.Tuesday 3rd August 2021

Jeffrey Turner5 StarWhen I first came here the first week I was in excruciating pain. I couldn’t get out of bed to even use the bathroom. I have met some of the most kind, attentive and dedicated nursing staff while I have been here. The care, service and food they provided have allowed me to have a very good experience the entire time that I have been here. Particularly I want to commend the physical and occupational therapists for bringing me from a very painful and low functioning state to near independence today. They were patient, consistent and persistent. There, direction has benefited me greatly.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good experience.Friday 20th August 2021
