Had scheduled my first appointment with them. I was told I would get a call 15 minutes prior to the start of the appointment. Planned my work schedule around that. Never got the call. At the time of the appointment I called them. Was told the person was just running behind and would call me shortly. I am now an hour and a half after the appointment time and zero communication. They can't keep things together and can't seem to call on time. Very disappointing. Even if they couldn't keep the scheduled appointment, they need to be able to communicate that.

I love this place depends who you get when it comes to counceling some are better than others there. But I have a lady that has helped me in more ways than one and went beyond her duties there and helps my kids out and me when I need the help and shes so informative and helpful and knows all the resources auburn has to offer I wish more ppl cared about their jobs like sandy does ! Shes the best!

Had an awful experience here. The woman I had did not help me at all, in fact she made me feel worse about myself than I ever had before. A friend of mine had the same woman and the same experience. It’s safe to say it was my first and last time at the Bowen center.
