If you really need help and are at that point when you need to speak to a human being. Please don’t waste your time or energy with these people. I’ve called 12 times today and have only spoke to one human the whole time. I was supposed to have a call back at 2:15 pm. It is now 3:00. Most of the time they tell you to hang on the line and someone will be right with you…….. but then the line goes dead when they hang up on you. Please seek help if you need it …. Just not at the Bowen Center Thank you
