I spent 2.5 years with Candace Perkins. No results at all. She just listened to you like a friend. NOW, that I wasted all the money, I want to go to IOP. $2000/MONTH?!????,?,? Who can afford that?! Sick and out to get your money. Should be ashamed.

Honestly I was not looking forward to doing these meetings, but after the first session I found this group meeting to be very useful. I particularly enjoyed the interactions between all the participants. Erica was extremely helpful and easy to talk to, I enjoyed how she constructed and led the course. I would highly recommend going to breakthrough!

Although I have only had 4 meetings they have all been a good experience. Erika is great to speak with I'm actually looking forward to my next meeting. Therefore with that being said I give Breakthroughs a double thumbs up and a definite 5 stars!!

Breakthroughs is a very good program that gets you engaged and working an excellent program. You don't feel like a number and the counsellors actually care! Excellent counsellors include Rocco and Pam. The way the program is structured gives you the opportunity to engage other patients who have gone through experiences like yours and better understand and manage your emotions. I've tried other larger treatment centers that I felt were not nearly as individualized and were more concerned about getting paid. I am very greatful for Breakthroughs and feel in a much better place after finishing their program.
