Melissa James3 StarMy Mom had to stay at the Brian Center for two weeks. This place has plenty to offer if they were staffed properly. I was there every afternoon from 1-8 pm. On the 500 wing they have one nurse and one nurse aide to care for the patient's. My heart went out to the patient's and staff. Yes your loved one does have to wait long amounts of time for care, but once they get to your loved one they do the best to meet their needs. I would like to say she had some good nurses and aides, and a special shout out to one of the evening nurses , Brenda she always took the time to listen and talk with my Mom about her concerns.One thing that really concerned me was every morning when my sister arrived my mom had a soiled diaper and had been that way for hours. Every morning! These patients are elderly and catch infections easily. Her light would be on it wasn't like someone didn't know she needed something. This wasn't just her it was her room mate as well.Friday 3rd December 2021

The staff is very attentive to my mom’s needs and is on time with her medication and food service. She is well taken care of and looked after. This is the best center that she has been in. Janet James1 StarMy mom was there for 20 days after colon surgery they did not care for like the should have left her in dirty depends for hours would not bring her something to drink only with meals I called them and they said we give her water. Who wants water all day long ? This place should be condemned. Roaches in the room the place is run down I will never let any family member go there againWednesday 2nd June 2021
