Upon admission, the interdisciplinary team will work with you and your family to identify care needs, preferences, and goals for your stay. You are a valuable partner in the process.

I WOULD NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY HERE. MY DAD WAS HERE FOR REHAB FOR 3 WEEKS AND CAME OUT WOSRE THAN BEFORE HE WENT IN. THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE. THEY LIE!!!!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY TOLD MY DAD WE CALLED TOO MUCH. I PRAY FOR THE POOR PEOPLE THAT ARE STILL THERE. THANK God my dad is home. This place should be shut down!!!!!!Thursday 23rd July 2020
Janice Parker5 StarI am a long term resident of Brian Center East. It will be 3 years at the end of March. The staff treat me like family. And that's what we all are family.They check on me on a daily basis.The Physical and Occupational team is Good also.I would recommend this place to anyone who is searching for a rehabilitation center. One of my favorites is helping with the Activities Department. When this Covid stuff is Over come give us a visit! God Bless You Love Janice ❤️Tuesday 26th January 2021
