BrightView is not your typical “drug rehab” program. In fact, if you visit our Madisonville treatment center, you won’t hear the term “rehab program” at all. That’s because BrightView is a comprehensive addiction treatment center. We provide outpatient treatment  and care for patients who are battling drug or alcohol addiction.  Our evidence-based approach is effective and incorporates medication-assisted treatment (MAT), along with individual counseling, group therapy, social service support, and work on co-occurring disorders.  Our team takes an individualized approach with each patient, meeting them wherever they are in the recovery process. For those struggling with substance abuse such as opiate addiction, we avoid straight detox and prescribe buprenorphine, buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone), and naltrexone (Vivitrol).  This treatment center does not prescribe methadone, but we have helped many patients transition off of methadone to another medication.

This outpatient treatment program, enables our staff to develop unique treatment plans that work with patients’ daily life, allowing them to keep up with commitments and individual needs.  We want our intensive outpatient services to be available to all who need them, so we accept Medicaid, Medicare, along with most forms of private health insurance. These choices help anyone who is battling the disease of addiction to be able to seek treatment services. We a have caring staff who answers the phones 24-hour per day and we provide a toll-free phone number for your convenience. We accept walk-ins on weekdays until 3:00 pm at our Madisonville treatment facility. We are located at 9 East Arch St. Madisonville, KY, 42431 right next to the Family Dollar.

I believe BrightView is a great addiction center with wonderful staff dedicated to recovering addicts !! If you’re ready to help yourself they are more than ready to help you . If you are not ready and still want help, they can get you there too. I was an addict for over 10yrs. I’m more happy now than I have been in 15yrs because of their service!!

You don’t have to feel embarrassed or ashamed to seek help at this place. I been going for 8 months & I’ve had some real bad problems w oxycodone & meth. As well as a criminal history as the result of my 30 year battle w addiction. They are not going to judge you or make u feel less than like some other places and/or dr’s do. Despite the fact that it’s gotta b frustrating dealing w addicts all the time, not once have they been rude or made me feel some kinda way. The staff are the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered in my many attempts at staying sober. And I got more out of the counseling & groups than I ever have before. Suboxone should stop your roller coaster ride w whatever kind of opiate. I was taking 100-150mg of oxycodone a day, if it was a day I could not meet that amount, the day was filled w extreme anxiety. Could not be a normal person & do normal things adults do bc my goal was the pursuit of my addiction. And all that implies & if u been there or are there, u know what that means. That stuff is over. I don’t have cravings & I’m off the mental & physical miserable, every hour worrying about my last dose wearing off roller coaster ride. I’m stable as far as that. And the compassion they gave me regarding my meth addiction caused me to be consumed w guilt when I did use, which lead to decreased use & eventual cessation. Don’t stay out there & suffer when u don’t have to.
