About Brattleboro CTC Methadone Clinic in Brattleboro, VT

Brattleboro Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), which is located in Brattleboro, Vermont, provides personalized medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to adults age 18 and older of all genders. MAT is an evidence-based, research-supported approach that has been closely studied in methadone clinics and other authorized treatment environments for decades. This type of care has proved to be extremely effective at helping adults achieve successful long-term recovery from opioid addiction.

At Brattleboro CTC, patients may receive methadone, Suboxone, or buprenorphine. They also participate in individual and group counseling. Our team works closely with each patient to determine which medication is right for them and to identify the therapeutic services that will best prepare them to make sustained progress toward improved health.

Individualized Treatment for Opioid Addiction in Brattleboro, VT

Opioid addiction impacts each person in a unique manner, and the effects of medications such as methadone, Suboxone, and buprenorphine can vary significantly from person to person. For these reasons, each person who enters treatment for opioid addiction at Brattleboro CTC follows a personalized plan that is based on a thorough assessment of their needs and goals.

When you seek care at a methadone clinic, it’s important to find a center that will work closely with you to develop the customized plan that’s right for you. Methadone and other medications can ease symptoms of opioid withdrawal, but they cannot address any of the influences or mental health concerns that may have led to your opioid use in the first place.

To successfully prepare a person to achieve long-term recovery from opioid addiction, a methadone clinic must also address the social, emotional, and psychological components of addiction, not just the physical or biological component. At our methadone clinic, you can take part in both individual and group therapy, both of which can help you make the lifestyle changes that will support your successful pursuit of long-term recovery from opioid addiction.

What to Expect at Brattleboro CTC

When you choose Brattleboro CTC, you can expect to work with experienced professionals in a safe, supportive, and welcoming treatment environment. The members of your team will work closely with you to determine whether methadone or one of our other medications is right for you. They’ll also spend the time that’s necessary to get to know you as a person so that they can provide the therapeutic support that will prepare you to make sustained success.

Medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction at our center is not a passive experience. Your team will encourage you to play an active role in therapy and provide feedback about how your body is responding to methadone or the other medications we provide. Working together, you and your team will map a path to your healthier future, and then you’ll work on developing the skills that will turn your goals into reality.

My experience at Habit Opco was amazing. .never really had any issues outside of mine own. .from day 1 I was shown nothing but respect, support and compassion. .I tapered down successfully a month ago and my life is incredible, but you have to put the work in to be successful. I've been able to deal with things I never could or wanted to deliver with ,the things I've accomplished I wouldn't have with out the support of my groups or staff

This place will get you out of the gutter, I will say that. You just have to be patient and I am, I understand they deal in a very difficult area of medicine/business. Try pleasing one addict never mind near 1,000. I wrote a much longer review and lucky for the nurses my computer froze. Long story short I would normally have given them a five, for the simple fact I truly believe, that most of the employees that work there do to the best of their ability, their job. The nurses I give a zero. Nothing irks me more than someone, multiple people looking at you and knowing just cause they are in a higher position can make you out to be the liar in a situation they know the truth to, or at the very least could easily help with. I go daily with someone else ( who witnessed me dose just as every other day ) and I am on a contract for missing groups, so they tell me I did not dose on the 13th, yet I signed in and had no holds or alerts. I hate nothing more than when someone will not take responsibility for a wrong especially when it negatively affects someone, especially in this case who is technically under their care. A nurse messed up, not sure exactly how yet but I did dose and they are covering up the mistake because I'm sure them dosing me as someone else is a offense that could cost someone their job, but to them me losing my treatment is far less costly. This post will probably do nothing and I know its a battle I probably cant win. But I will try, I have taken responsibility for actions in my life which ended up in a 21 month incarceration. You know why that's ok with me ? Because it was my responsibility to do so and others would have been hurt had I not, and these other people were far from innocent in any of that. Yet it was my responsibility so it is what it is. Yet this incident, I did nothing wrong, I went to my program that I go to to better my life, got my dose and a nurse screwed up... I'll stop, all in all a good place just be prepared, if a nurse makes a mistake to take full responsibility for their mistake. Do not take this the wrong way, if you are actively using get help, their are many options, if all others fail this place will save your life.
