Staff unreliable patients are not tended to as needed some are soiled and not changed patients not being helped when feeding severe covid outbreak in Middletown facility on weekends no Authority staff is working pay is lousy and duties as a worker are strenuous nursing staff very unprofessional

This was a terrible place. The staff is horrible. I can think of two people there that were nice the rest looked at you like you were dirt. They did not take care of my mother properly. One of them was verbally abusive to my mother and Yelling at her get her legs off the bed do it kmow she said. My mother had just had surgery and she could have cared less My mother's roommate told me the one girl would come in and shut the door and sit there and watch movies on her phone. They didn't bathe her while she was there. I got my mother out of there as quick as I could and put her in a five-star facility. They are out there do your research. Please do not take any of your loved ones to this facility. When I got my mother to her new place she was a different person in an hour

This place was horrendous. the staff was not concerned with my family member laying in feces For 2 hours she kept saying she didn’t feel good 4 days later they finally realized something was wrong she had to be admitted back to the hospital I guess it’s fair to say that a lot of nursing homes/rehab facility the employees are over worked but then again when Its your family or your loved one that shouldn’t be a reason to neglect your patients. If you can’t take care of your patients then stop admitting them to your facility.
