I've been working with Adam for the past 3 months after my spinal fusion surgery and thanks to him, the progress I've made has been incredible. He is so knowledgeable and fun to work with. Cal Sports Rehab is a wonderful new facility. Dr. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and fun PT to work with. He took the time to understand my goals and created an awesome plan to get me pain free again. I highly recommend coming here for any injuries that you have.

I was recommended to California Rehab & Sports Therapy in RSM by my Memorial Care physician after complaining of a sore back and receiving a scan. I visited the PT clinic and met with Adam Menard on 12/16/2021. After analyzing my issues, Adam developed and instructed me on a set of 6 exercises I performed there on site and at home several times a day. Also, Adam found the muscle in my back that was giving me pain and did a major massage on it and applied heat at the end of the workout. I felt much better after my 1st visit, but the pain was only relieved, not gone. I have been performing the exercises, plus new ones along the way, plus going to the PT clinic several times per week since my 1st visit. The exercises Adam gave me, plus the treatments at the clinic have helped immensely. Adam and staff work with me for about 1 hour each visit. They are never in a rush to get me in and out. The regular daily pain I started with has almost completely disappeared. I can play golf without pain now and do most things without feeling pain in my back. I am looking forward to having my back pain completely resolved soon. I am so thankful for Adam's help in healing my back pain issue. I have found that the entire staff at the clinic are very helpful, friendly, and professional and dedicated to eliminating people's issues through good PT practices. I have gone to several PT clinics over many years, and I definitely rate CA Rehab & Sports Therapy a 5 out of 5 Stars. Adam's experience really shows. Thank you, Adam and the entire staff, for helping me get back to a normal pain free life.

I started my (almost) year of physical therapy at another California Rehab site in Mission Viejo, and worked with Adam a couple times while I was there. He told me he was opening his own place in RSM, which would be a much shorter drive for me, so I made the jump. The facility is gorgeous, and everyone there is super-friendly and easy to work with. Adam clearly knows what he's doing - and he really cares about your progress. Couldn't be happier with my time there! (for the record, the MV team was also really great - it was only the distance that made me move)
