Booster Vaccinations for 5-11 Year Olds
Calvert County Health Department supports Covid booster vaccinations for 5-11 year olds, as has been approved by the FDA on 5/17 and CDC Vaccine Advisory Committee on 5/19. If you want to sign your child up for a booster dose of the Pfizer vaccine, please register on calvertcountycovid19.com/vaccination-registration for the date and time of your choosing. Vaccinations should also be available through your child's primary care provider.

Your child's booster dose will need to be at least 5 months after her/his second Covid vaccination. Most of us with children realize that almost all vaccination series require more than two doses to optimize protection. > Read More
