Canyon Vista has truly changed my life. I didn't go to rehab expecting a 5 star resort but this place is very nice. They are making positive changes daily. If you go there with the intention of changing your life they help you every step of the way. The therapists are remarkable and so is the entire staff. It feels like a family there and they give you the tools for success! They also have an amazing alumni program when you graduate to come back and share your success with everyone in the program. I highly recommend this place for the best treatment !!

Thank you for the compassionate care! Everyone I met at this facility was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire staff from the nurses to the techs were welcoming and truly a bright light for me when I was in a dark place. The facility is extremely clean and comfortable. The therapy is great. The food is flavorful and fresh. 10 out of 10 would recommend if anyone needs to make a positive change in their life.

I went here for help to quit drinking. I was expecting some groups or therapy or something. Instead, I got put into a detox for almost a week. Tried to make a phone call to my work HR department to set up for short term disability leave. It took a couple days to finally make the call. Almost lost my job of 15+ years because of the lack of help there. Only a hand full of people there actually helped. A couple nurses, a therapist, and some other lady. I went voluntarily and when I was deciding to leave on my own, I was told they keep my wallet and phone for 48 hours after I leave. I couldn't do that because I live about 3 hours away and couldn't afford to make a trip back for my belongings so I had to stick it out for the days. In the detox part of it there was a schedule of the meetings/therapy sessions that were to happen daily. I think someone forgot to give the therapist a copy of it because none of it happened. Had one session, almost 2 but I didn't count the 2nd one because the therapist showed up, put on a movie and bailed. The doctor had taken blood from me and I was unable to get my results. I asked if they could fax my results to my primary care physician, I left on the 31st of December, had an appointment with my doctor on January 20th and they never received anything from Canyon Vista Recovery. I've been told I've bad decisions when drinking. I do believe coming here was the very worst decision I've ever made. I do not recommend this facility if you really want help. I really wanted help and received none from here. If I could give this review negative stars I would. Unfortunately, I have to give a star to post my review.

Awful and disgusting. Those are the only words to describe Canyon Vista. From the top down a horrible place that I would not wish on my worst enemy. From the staff, to the actual facility itself inside and out, Canyon Vista is absolutely horrendous. Canyon Vista’s only concern is money above all else. Patient rights, ethics are all absent here. In a time of an opioid epidemic, Canyon Vista seeks only to profit off the misery and horrors of individuals in active addiction. Sickening. Between my own experience and countless others in the community, I have heard ONLY negative things. Such a shame. Please do your research. Please read the many other reviews on here. There are plenty of places in the valley that actually care and will take you or your loved one seriously. Just disgusting. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Very clean facility with an excellent staff. Through the diligent guidance of the clinical team I was able to grow as a person and learn the tools for a successful recovery. Thanks Canyon!
