This facility is run by a company called ''Hilltop'' if you look at any of the reviews online of them, you'll see very poor ratings for very good reasons. I used to work for this company.. so I know how dirty they really are. If you have to put your loved ones in a home, make sure you do your research, and make you it's not one of these. They can make things look good cosmetically, but beyond that.. after dealing with them for a while, you will see what they are really about. It's one of the most unprofessional companies you will deal with, and they get away with murder, literally.

My uncle is also there. Last night they let us visit him and let him spend a night with us away from the facility. The next day we brought him back and the case worker told us that he was never supposed to leave the facility because he is a ward of the state. So they let him go one night but said that it was never supposed to happen, plus the social worker was rude. I will be contacting DHS to let them know about the condition of the facility and how irresponsible they are with the residents who are supposed to be protected at all times.

I am very glad that my bad experience happened with this facility before my family member was put there. I went to the facility 09/07/18 to ask if there were any openings for my family member (who is currently at Baptist Rehabilitation). When I first arrived there is a bell/intercom on the front door that they advised to ring to be let in. When I rung the bell (there were several nurses aides standing in the hallmark talking) they looked out at me and turned their heads. There is another door further down at the end of the building. There were some patients sitting out there. I asked them was that the door to go in to speak with someone. They told me no I was at the right door before walking down there. They told me to stand there and a nurse aide will be coming back out of the door at which time I could follow her inside. When the nurse aid came out, I followed her inside, there was a patient in a wheelchair at the door expressing he wanted to go to the front. He was asking the aide to push him but she kept walking. He asked me to push him so I did. I passed a number of aides in the hall that was looking but did nothing, which would have been okay if they were all busy but, there is a desk in the middle of a large for room, there were several aides standing there talking and the other aides walked up to laugh and hang out with them. When I advised them that I was not an employee and that the patient was trying to go somewhere in the building I was not familiar with they gave me directions on how to get him there. Skipping on the administration. I spoke the the administration department and was advised they did indeed have room for my sister. They also advised they had a nurse liason at Baptist Rehab so they could get start on the paperwork right away. After more than several days I didn't hear anything from them. The Social Worker at the Rehab called and advised Capital Health wouldn't let her in because of her shortage of finances. Sooooooo, me and my sister called yesterday to ask what needed to happen (my sister get medicare/medicaid) so could accomodate them in getting everything in order. My sister called, someone answered the phone, she asked what needed to be done, she was put on hold for a little over four (4) minutes after which time someone came to the phone, picked it up and hung it up. She then called me at which time both me and her called the Nursing sporadically up until 5:00 p.m. NEVER, EITHER ONE OF US, GOT AN ANSWER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..... I don't even want to rate it one (1) star but that was the only way I could post this review. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....

Do not put yout family in this facility if you love them. The staff appear and greet you with kindness and passion in the beginning but once you sign your family in the 😉😄😁 mask come off 😈😑😠😡 pure evil and a lot of lies! The nurses will not give your family their medication but they will document that they did and won't notify you when you family get hurt. An employee stole his Jordans and facility too cheap to replace his shoes. The nurse assistants will not give your family water, eat your family snacks at night, let other residents assault your family, use profanity when talking to your family and won't let them use the restroom. My relative went up to 5 days without have a bowel movement because nobody would assist him to the restroom. If you report the facility to the Office of Long Term Care, administration will allow the nurses and nurse assistants to harass you and pick fights so they can call the police and file false complaints, once your family go in they will not let them out to keep the income. They will bar you from the facility so you cant see your family so you can't report them for abuse. The whole facility is corrupt like a nightmare from insane asylum.
