That place is terrible. I push the call light ten times and not body show up. The food nasty. If you want to died fast go to this place. They don’t let you rest. Too noisy. They don’t care if you’re not happy with the service. They don’t have a good infection control . Please be careful. They have just a few caregiver for a lot of patients. I went to the bathroom touching the walls because no electricity was so dark I feel scared to have an accident. I don’t know why the state doesn’t close this place. My dad has to leave before doctors orders because the service.

Admitted my mom for post- stroke care and rehab. She's been to one other skilled nursing center and my family finds Windsor to be much better. The facility is well managed, the staff is very professional and outwardly caring, food seems fresh, and things are clean and neat. They have 2 nursing stations so patients are well supervised and their response time to patient needs is good. I've worked with a handful of the nurses there and they all seem knowledgeable. The area in Fullerton is safe and quiet.

-stars.... If you love your family member, do not bring them here. My mom almost died here. No communication between staff, nurse, and Doctors. My mom was literally dying and they took 5 hrs to get an ambulance really? Treat your family as your own or even as you would want to be treated. Heartless! I'll be praying for you all here. God have mercy!

They don't treat your love ones with respect or dignity. They treat my friend as if she is a child.. She is 77 years of age.. Nobody should have to put up with the inadequate help to help residents have dignity and respect, they should not have to lay in their own excrement for our half till someone comes around and get them. If a patient or resident wants to get up out the bed, they shouldn't be told no, you can't wait for no, you need to rest, that's what you tell your child, not adults that's older than you that you taking care of. Bottom line this facility sucks.
