Kelsie Chester1 StarI worked at a Care Initiative facility for 2 years. I loved my job, until the new CEO took over. That man doesn’t care at all about your loved one, it’s all about the money. You’re forced to run extremely low staffed to the point you can’t do proper cares the residents deserve. Employees are treated so poorly and worked until burnt out. I 10/10 don’t recommend working for a Care Initiatives or sending your loved ones their.Tuesday 25th May 2021

Well I was wrong he made me make a phone call to my bank on his phone and was typing my bank info into his computer and also had my password info in his computer. This is a clear violation of my personal info. Had to change it asap. I like the nurses, cnas and other staff. But not the administrator and his assistant. I fear themFriday 12th March 2021

Our family could not be happier with the care Mom receives: We are kept informed of any medical issues, we also appreciate that there are activities where Mom wants to participate. The facility is clean. The staff is very helpful and caring.Friday 1st February 2019
