I am here for you. Are you having difficulty seeing your way forward? Are you experiencing heartbreak; problems at work; death of a loved one; difficult family relationships; increased substance use; high levels of stress; or feeling stuck?

Whatever issue you are facing it’s easy to see it as a failure. It’s not a failure! It’s an indicator of your potential for new growth and development or what Jung calls individuation. Your unique journey to finding your authentic self.

Whatever issue you are facing is a “call” to look deeper. To look deeper into what is going on in your life. Whether it’s a need to heal emotional wounds from the past or something more current I am here to provide tools and support on your journey to find your true authentic self and the clarity, creativity, and healing that develops during that journey.

I offer you a wealth of experience, training, and excellent tools to help guide you on your journey. I have over thirty years in private practice, extensive training in Jungian psychotherapy, and forty years practicing and teaching yoga and meditation.

I have developed a holistic approach to working with many issues that often develop into anxiety, depression, addictions, or trauma. I provide a combination of Jungian depth psychotherapy, mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness, and cognitive-behavioral interventions. You will have an opportunity to choose which approaches seem to work best for you.

Working with you in a therapeutic relationship has many important elements. Mindful listening, empathy, trust, and a nonjudgmental perspective are all important skills I can provide. In addition, honesty, patience, attunement, and presence are essential to me in the therapeutic relationship.

I chose to become a psychotherapist because I was always looking at life through a psychological lens and always wanted to help. What I love most about being a psychotherapist is seeing such amazing transformations and emotional growth in my clients. I would love to see that for you too.

My style is relaxed and informal while maintaining a deep connection to and awareness of your process.

Call me today for a free 15 minute initial consultation. I look forward to working with you.
