Your therapy success is our goal for short-term stay rehabilitation patients, as well as long-term care residents. We offer a range of creative activities with the individual’s lifestyle and personal history in mind. Our life enrichment team members understand how vital engaging social activities are to supporting our loved ones’ quality of life. Social interaction is encouraged for every resident.

My mother has received better care at this facility,than in previous facilities. While we all would like to have our parents home and healthy, there are times when that is not the case.Carolline Center for rehabilitation and nursing has done a wonderful job navigating its clients and their families through the covid-19 years . I received weekly phone calls personally letting me know their covid status for that particular week,as well as a general update about the facility. They have great communication, and the care my mom receives is better than most. Thankyou Caroline Center for Rehabilitation and nursing for making sure my mother is happy and comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised at the commitment, dedication, compassion and love my father was shown during his week stay there. I felt that they made every effort to accommodate his individual needs. The only reason I would not give them 5 stars is because he was only there a week and one staff member I encountered definitely did not represent the facilitie's philosophy.
