Writing on behalf of loved one, she couldn't be more cared for. She feels safe, attended to, and loves the food! Rehab, OT and activities have been so helpful. The environment is calm, quiet, clean, friendly and considerate of their patients. They keep the family well informed with meaningful communication. They have been in business for decades, must be independent family business unlike many other big chains. Glad we joined their family.

I highly recommend Carriage hill to anyone in need of an assisted living or rehabilitation facility. The level of service and care my mother received during her two month rehabilitation stay was exceptional. It felt like being part of a tigh-knit community and having them take care of a family member.

Save your loved ones and yourself. Do not cross the threshold of this facility. In early January 2022 my father entered carriage hill with a hip fracture and exited by having his body taken to a funeral home. The lack of care and neglect he experienced caused him to needlessly suffer and experience a painful death at the hands of the administrator and insufficient nursing staff. I want to honor his death by warning people from entering this facility. I availble to talk to others whose loved ones suffered at carriage hill. I am posting with my name and live in Bethesda, MD.

My mother had a very productive and pleasant stay for her rehab after she broke her hip and had surgery. She said the staff was professional and had excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend this facility!

My mother had a very good experience recovering from hip surgery at Carriage Hill. We had gone to a different post-op rehab center in Chevy Chase and had a terrible experience in a very uncomfortable and outdated facility before we got to Carriage Hill. My mom thought the physical therapy was great and she loved the nurses. Chris, in admissions, was very easy and responsive to work with.
