Fees at Cascade Pathways are set in accordance to the services offered and are generally no higher than other programs and often are lower. Insurance companies are required by law to cover treatment for substance abuse as they would any other medical or health issue, and Cascade Pathways does have contracts as a network provider for many insurance companies including Samaritan Choice.  Learn more…. Cascade Pathways began in 2001 and has been offering substance abuse and addiction treatment to individuals and families in Benton, Linn, Lincoln and Lane counties since that time. The program is currently an office-based outpatient treatment program, but which at times has been able to provide some unique wilderness and nature-based experiential therapy modalities.
