Huntlie Richins5 StarI’ve loved working here! The staff goes above and beyond their duties to make the residents happy. You can tell they are cared for and loved by the way they treat their patients. They always treat them with respect and dignity.Wednesday 19th January 2022

cristina hightower1 StarHorrible! Check it out before you send your loved one. They do not have a functioning kitchen. Daily food consists of peanut butter sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, cups of yogurt, cottage cheese, and pudding. Food nutrition plays a vital role to help stroke patient body/brain recover.
Nursing staff does not communicate with each other or CNAs. Protocols not followed for stroke patient that required thickened water due to dysphasia, to reduce possible pneumonia. Nurses gave narcotics multiple times after being discussed with doctor they put the patient out for multiple days and delayed progress. Nurse suggested to drug patient until she passed away. Multiple bed sores due to not moving patient out of bed for a month. Orchard Parks management do not follow covid protocol at the front door. Multiple covid outbreaks happened within one month. No one answers phone calls, however stands around nursing staffing chatting. Facility is very pitiful, beware!Tuesday 5th April 2022

Tammy Morrison1 StarMy sister is currently at this facility, and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. She called for a brief change and was left sitting in it for 5 hrs. When they finally came in they had to do a complete bedding change and the brief change. She asked for her water to be filled and was told "I'll be there in a few minutes", and it took over 2hrs.Saturday 26th February 2022
