CAST centers helped me get back on my feet when I was extremely low and struggling with day to day living. I got a lot of direction on how to live and accomplish my weekly goals which led up to accomplishing many goals over the 6 weeks I started with them. It’s helped so much that I’ve continued. They truly care about you and it shows. 10/10 for sure. Thank you CAST centers.

I am so very Jealous of everyone's opportunity to receive treatment especially from the CAST! But also am VERY happy for everyone to receive help for their needs! I would do about ANYTHING to have the blessings of receiving treatment to get better! What a dream to be a alumni of the CAST!! After seeing the CAST on Dr. Phil, I have researched and dreamed someone would care enough about me to help! And after reading the reviews, I just want to say, If you are blessed enough to receive the treatment PLEASE if anything, do me the favor and use it well because there's people like me that would do anything to take your place and get the help!!! Thank you to all those at CAST for helping and believing in getting better! My experience at CAST was phenomenal. I went in broken, sick, anxiety ridden and so disappointed in myself. The clinical staff, transitional living staff and the clients made me feel welcomed, encouraged and supported. The therapists were honestly more than I could have hoped for. They helped me dig deep, while empowering me the entire time. The therapy was intense, so the weekend outings were much appreciated. Healthy fun, laughter and experiencing new places I had never visited before was the perfect break, yet still part of the recovery process. The transitional living home was gorgeous, relaxing and just what I needed. The staff was amazing at dealing with all of us there with kindness and grace. I think of everyone on CAST staff as family...from beginning to end. When I made the phone call enquiring about the program, the man who answered (Robert) checked in with me daily until my plane left, texting and calling. He helped me every day to move forward and get on that plane. I can’t say enough about this program, it changed my entire life. I am happy, healthy, productive, hardly any anxiety and feel like this is the best time of my life when I only discharged a little over 2 months ago. I am beyond grateful. Shout out to Bob, my therapist while there...I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you all so much.
