This place is by far the worst center. Please do not send a loved one there. Search alternatives. They lost all my mother's belongings (including a Bible that she cherished her whole life) and treated her poorly. She contracted covid there in the matter of a week. Allowing my mom to be sent there will always the biggest regret I ever had that I will live with forever. I would rate this place with negative a million stars if it allowed me.

This is the worst Nursing home ever. About a handful of the employees that work here have some kind of human decency. The rest of the staff including directors are all a piece of work. They are rude. They never know direct responses to give the family members and they really have no sense of care or compassion for the elderly people who are left in their care. The 4th floor always smells as if the elderly have been sitting in there feces for hours. I have personally experienced the workers ignoring family members after they have brought something up about their loved ones. This place only cares about cashing the money of our elder generation. They give them cold food all the time and the floor is disgustingly dirty. Have they never heard of bacteria!!! Please stay far far away from this home and I pray for all the older people and people in rehabilitation in this “business”. I pray that they get workers who actually care about the elders. Some of them have no one and they have to live their last years of life being mistreated by someone who just wants a check to clear. STAY AWAY!!!!

My daughter is currently in short term rehab here and when i came in this morning at about 11 AM her breakfast was ice cold and still on her tray and no one helped her considering she only has the use of one arm. Not to mention that all they served was a sausage link and a piece of bread. What kind of food is that for patients that need nutrition and are there to recuperate. First time she was here was disappointing they even lost her cloths and now thru no choice of ours she here again because there was no space where she really wanted to go to and really needs the therapy but i see nothing has changed. She and I once again are very i unhappy here. Now theres even mice. She saw one last night and there is a poison trap in her room very visible. The chairs in the room are disgustingly dirty .The only good thing here is the physical therapy.

First, the nurses are friendly and caring. God Bless them all! Everything else about this facility is sub par. My 89 year old grandfather spent almost two months in Castle Hill re-habbing from a congestive heart failure. They lost most of his clothes and the real problem was, they LOST HIS DENTURES. He is an old man with a plethora of ailments. One of those ailments is that he needs help with everything, including walking and getting up. So when the head of the facility, Francine told me they were not liable for losing his teeth it was very infuriating. Based on their accountability sheet they take every night, his dentures were in his room but when he woke up they were gone. Francine said my grandfather might have done something with them. The problem with that is he can't even get up to reach where they are kept. Francine said told me it would be the same thing even if it was a prosthetic arm or leg. I got a professional, "Oh well, not our problem". Besides the nursing, you are better off sending your loves ones somewhere else.

The physical therapists are great. The facility is horrible. The food is disgusting. Always served cold. Bread if you get it is stale to the point of stink. Cable only 3 stations worked my entire visit and no one ever knows why.
