What is Methadone?
Methadone maintenance treatment (MMT) is the most effective and researched treatment for addiction to opiates such as Vicodin, OxyContin, Lortab, Percocet, Morphine, Heroin, Codeine, Hydrocodone and Oxycodone. Methadone is widely used throughout the world to treat illegal opiate addiction and the negative consequences of opioid addiction like disease, death and crime.
Methadone is prescribed individually, with medication levels determined based on differences in addiction history, opiate tolerance, body weight and metabolism. A proper maintenance dose will relieve opiate craving and withdrawal without creating euphoria or sedation for 24 to 36 hours.
The goal of methadone maintenance treatment is to eliminate illegal opiate use stabilizing the patient for as long as necessary to help restore their lives and avoid returning to previous patterns of illegal and dangerous drug use.

They offer as much help as you need and truly care about your treatment and check in frequently with you to make sure that you're doing well and offer any support or advice you may need or want. Price is reasonable and treatment requirements are easy and manageable. Matt Loper5 StarDon’t listen to all of the 1 star reviews people leave. This place is pretty amazing, everyone who works there is extremely caring and very understanding. They are super strict about the rules for a reason, if they aren’t they could be shut down. If you follow their guidelines you’ll have a good experience for sure. Their rules are not that complicated or hard to comply by, pretty typical for a clinic like that. All I needed to get started on methadone was $12 and about 4 hours of my time. If you’re thinking about getting clean and you don’t know where to even start I suggest you come here. The staff truly cares about the patients and their lives. All of these 1 star reviews were written by people who got turned away probably for a good reason and they can’t get well so if course they blame anybody they can for the stupid mistakes. If you’re reading this and you’re still on the fence about getting help for your addiction this place can and will help you tremendously.Saturday 4th May 2019
