If you need help now .. in the immediate future....or even in the reasonable future do not try here. I was referred by the VA Care in the Community which is when the VA does not have a provider of its own in your town. Right out its more than a month for an initial appointment. Then if you are lucky like me.... your provider cancels the appointment....and they can't reschedule for another month( Making your problems worsen over the holidays). The poor administrative assistant has to leave and call you back after juggling different things to get you into a telehealth appointment WEEKS later. This is an institution to help with issues....but anyone with issues would be long dead before they would be able to get an appointment here.

A year after I paid my last payment (and even longer since my last visit) and without any other notice, I was sent to collections again after I was told I had made all of my payments. This place is literally the worst and will attempt to ruin your credit history. There are other places in town to get mental health where they actually care about you and won't try to screw you over financially. I will never recommend this place to anyone...

Apparently, the CFO of this company requested any unpaid bills to be sent to collections, rather than directly addressing billing questions to patients themselves when in for services. I updated my address with someone which was never updated in their computer system and mail/bills apparently kept going to my old address. Instead of asking me about my payments when I came in, got sent to collections instead (which gets them less compensation than talking to me directly for payment.) After discussion, they did get me out of collections to be fair, but with as poor as communication is here, I don't want to deal with it and put my financial future and health at risk again. My therapist was alright but this company's uppers don't care about the patient, just their bottom line.

Without this place, I would be dead. Their staff are super sweet and kind. My therapists I've had been fantastic. I recommend people to seek out help for their mental health, as it changed my view completely. We all have a loved one suffering in silence. You might be that loved one. Give them a chance!

I've been coming here off an on for 10 year's. I've seen a lot change. It could use to be remodeled tho.
