Nicole1 StarThe center is a fn joke. They lie compulsively and never do their jobs. 15 years ago they played a shell game with me switching my therapists every 2 weeks, and always making me start over, meaning NO PROGRESS. Then just last year Kyle decided to just sit and never do his job with my husband, then charged him for Kyle just sitting there asking him about setting up his own treatment plan instead of him doing his job. I do telemed now with a therapist from a different business and have already started being able to handle my mental health. Proving 1☆ is too good for the center. Do yourself a favor and find a real therapist.Friday 1st April 2022
Rosemary Howell1 StarThis is not a place to go if you're looking for quality mental health care. They charged me so much for the worst therapy sessions I've ever had. Plus my therapist literally quit 5 weeks in to my sessions then pawned me off on an intern. They charged me for the sessions where she told me that- she ended it early and it was a zoom call from her car. They also can't find a psychiatrist in the state so they zoom someone in from Texas. Total waste of time and they refuse to work with me on the cost.Friday 15th October 2021
Amber Atkinson1 StarDoes NOT take the mental health of their patients seriously. Been suicidal for 2 months, have been able to be seen 1 time and every other appointment has been rescheduled. This place was my last hope before I decided to commit suicide and I was once again rescheduled without a phone call or anything. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.Friday 17th September 2021
