This facility is ran by very petty and unpleasant people who seem to have a superiority complex. Must be making a killing on the misfortune and sickness of the clients to only be open a couple days a week. By all means do not park in their parking lot at any time at all, even if they are not open, or for a quick 20 minutes to visit a sick friend. The place is called the center for problem resolution but rather than actual diplomacy and resolution, they prefer to call the authorities or a tow truck. Not the kind of resolution I would want for help if I was trying to recover from an addiction.

I chose to have an assessment done at this place because it was close to home and inexpensive. They will not send me a copy of the assessment or the results of the drug testing. I have been clean for over 6 1/2 years and am in no legal trouble whatsoever, but they are saying I have to go to meetings twice a week. I am very upset that they refuse to send me copies of the assessment and test results. I do not recommend this place. I would rate it zero starts if I could.

Message for Ken - The Center for Problem Resolution does not own the parking lot or the building; therefore, they do not set the policies. Your post is misinformed.
