If I could give less stars I would. I was given the provider Sarah Rowe. From the very first minute I spoke with her it was not right… she rushed me through the entire appointment and it didn’t even seem like she listened to a single word I said and when she did it was out of judgement. She gave me weird/awkward faces as a response to my issues, changed the subject constantly, and kept telling her own personal stories that I felt had no connection or relevance to me. The facility told me the $40 would go toward my appointment if I showed up(which of course I did) but was still charged $25. So, one appointment $65. Then I got a call to confirm my next appointment (this would be appointment 3) and I said NO I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. but guess what, $25 taken out of my account WITH NO APPOINTMENT. I can hardly afford metal health in the first place but this place doesn’t care. It doesn’t matter how much you call them, text them, email them, you will never get your money back and you will never get sympathy. This place DOES NOT care about your mental health. Only how much money they can squeeze from you. Hope this helps you to never consider this facility.

Very professional. Very helpful. Caring. Knowledgeable. Like the options of in-person or video. I have a degree in psychology and the professionals I’ve worked with are on top of the latest techniques/theories and medical interventions. We all need a little help, sometimes.

I am absolutely shocked by how rude employee "Nicole" is to patients. After waiting a week for her to return my call to go over patient intake, she finally called me back and was hostile from the start. I was a previous patient and was looking to come back to the practice. She was accusatory and nasty to me for no reason at all from the minute I answered the phone. Regardless of any situation that is not a way to speak to people let alone patients. Not sure what her actual position is but I would be wary of this place if they hire staff like her. It's shame because I did like the provider I had previously seen but I won't be spoken to like that. Do yourselves a favor and find an office that treats their patients properly.

I called up to make an appointment in the middle of January and was told that because of the holidays they are a bit behind. I verified my insurance was accepted and agreed to a call back in 48 hours by the intake specialist. A week went by and no call so I still was giving it a chance and requested a call from the online form. Spoke with a really nice woman who did my intake collected my insurance information and said she would call me back next day with an appointment date and time. She did call back however I was unavailable, called her back and typed in her extension and just got voicemails. Days then weeks go by I called again finally being told the woman I spoke to had an emergency was out and her workload was behind. Office manager called me and instantly asked for my credit card number. When I questioned why she mentioned the $40 security deposit. Then quickly said I would need $70 which would be held. My concern is why was this information not provided during intake, and why am I going to pay you when my insurance is already doing that. Never have I heard of a such fee, the site definitely does not mention anything about it and I guess it's not something they do at intake. I'll take my business else where seems like BBB needs to investigate this bootleg establishment or atleast properly train them to speak about their practices properly.

Wonderful staff of very caring professionals who strive to make it easier for the patient. Natalie at the front desk greatly assisted me with setting up my appointments and zoom links with patience. Ms.Christen Thompson is a fantastic mental health therapist who provides her patients with accurate treatment and knowledge based experiences that makes her a relatable professional. Furthermore, Dr.Nesterenko is a serene and gentle psychiatrist who provides a clear clinical diagnosis. I am very grateful to CRP.
