"I can’t thank the doctors and staff on the adolescent unit enough for helping my teenage son resolve his anger and confusion. He had lost all interest in school and was making poor decisions that could have led to permanent damage. I am so happy to have my son back!"

My prescription of equetro was mistakenly doubled and my hair fell out. My personal information was stolen from their billing company. When I opted for holistic treatment after 7 years of sobriety in lieu of medication and expressed a desire to continue with counseling no one followed up with me by phone or email...twice. I am grateful for the services I initially received. Now I feel like a number and a cog in the big pharma wheel. While my treatment has alleviated my symptoms it has not brought me any healing or sustainability.

Sometimes you make the best of a bad situation and it just isn't enough. My entire stay was simply horrible levels of dead-naming, misgendering, and constantly advocating for myself and the other trans people there. I had a room for the first night and the halls were mixed men's rooms and women's room; I then had to sleep in the quiet room for two nights for construction; after rooms opened up they decided to separate the halls by men and women. Guess which side I was put? The men's side! I truly left feeling no better than when I came in and probably a good bit worse. I never planned on doing anything but getting out ASAP once I got put on the men's side, my well being isn't worth that little. How could I possibly trust care under such conditions? They have to gall to claim they're LGBTQ+ friendly when my experience shows no such consideration to my community. Hell I felt like I couldn't even talk about my trauma as it relates to my gender identity, this place wasn't safe. Basically, awesome patients and handful of amazing nurses were able to make my stay somewhat bearable. I pray I never go back.

My grand daughter went for depression, mixed her up with 2 different patients, took her clothes ,staff took her book to admission hall some one else read, took her blanket from 3rd floor adolescents and some one else was using it, ..she had to ask for her meds several times . the staff didnt read correct charts when called to check on her ,reading other patients charts info..discharge papers read admissions for anorexia nurvosus lol, she was admitted for depression ..they cant get anything right, and their phones still dont work when you have phone call visits .no t.v. on one end of hall but one on the other day room t.v. , cause she was on other end day room no t.v. 8 days, just pathetic, took her book, clothes ,blanket ...sad to see patients treated so unfairly more to much to put on here !!!!

Very unhappy with treatment my family member just received, many days with no groups because staff was slacking while the main group leader was out. No 1 on 1 counseling ! When my family member was Discharged they had started her all new medications without nurse requesting a precert with insurance .So one of the medications cost 300 dollars omg who could afford that?so now my family member that spent over two wks at centerpoint in st charles for help has been without this medication for over a wk i am very fearful she will slide back into deep depression. Tell me why centerpoint would not make sure these things like a precert for the insurance company would not be in complete order before a patient is discharged,,THEY TRUST THIS PLACE IN A TIME OF DEEP NEED AND DARKNESS!!!!!!! My family member was also told aftercare was free NOT TRUE ONLY IF YOUR INSURANCE COVERS IT AND YOU CAN AFFORD THE CO-PAY 3 DAYS A WK....I USED TO BELIEVE IN THIS PLACE NOT ANYMORE

I went to check in today and they said it would take 6 hours before get me checked in. I had an appointment even. They wouldn't let me go outside to smoke and then tried to tell me I couldn't leave. I was about to call the police and they finally let me leave. Never going back there.
