It's a good place to get help. The Life Coaches, Therapists, Counselors, and of course the Secretaries and Financial Ladies are always quick to lend a helping hand. It's nice to know there are good people here in Richmond to help one get back on their path in life.

Didn't even get to visit this facility because I won't give them my full social security number over the phone!! I asked the woman to respect the fact I won't give my personal information out over the phone to a number that I found on Google search, and I asked if I could come in to schedule an appointment she said no I HAVE to give her my ssn and I kindly let her know I will choose another facility. Do not go here they will likely steal your information and overcharge your insurance!!!

I like the counselors but I was upset to find no toilet paper in the woman's bathroom on three separate occasions. I asked them to put some in there but was told it would have to wait until the janitorial service cleaned. There is no excuse for this! 9/14/18 - This problem has been fixed for quite some time now. They might have corrected the shortage of toilet paper after this complaint appeared. Good! I But, I have another complaint - no toilet seat covers! I have seen this in so many doctor's offices, emergency rooms and hospitals. To me it is so irresponsible for ANY public restrooms not to provide the paper coverings for the toilet seats! What are they thinking? Saving a few dollars or people's health?

Called in to reschedule appointment and after being put on hold several times, I was told she didn't have time for me. I hung up after being put back on hold for almost 10 minutes.
