Grace Christie1 StarI was scheduled for a 12:30 registration today with Kelly. My internet is down and I don't have the cellular signal strength to maintain a Zoom connection. I called the Madison, IN, location to tell them of my issue and ask how to proceed. I was transferred directly to Kelly, who was immediately rude and extremely condescending. She expressed being irritated that I had been directly transferred to her, then verbatim said "well, it isn't 12:30 yet, so I guess we're safe for now". Then my call dropped and she didn't try to call me back, so, I guess she feels the same was as I do below:
Cancel my appointments.
I'm not interested in pursuing mental healthcare with an organization whose employees can't even field a basic phone call without being snippy. Frankly, I'm disappointed, as so far Centerstone had been kind. Someone ought remind Kelly where she works and maybe hook her up with some sensitivity training.Tuesday 8th June 2021
