I began my relationship with this facility in early November, it is now mid-Feb. I met my counseling requirements two times over, waiting for my initial psychiatrist visit. For the third time, I was just asked to reschedule. I now have a wait of an additional two weeks. AGAIN. I asked for another resource, anything, but all I got was transferred around the business to different voice-mail boxes. I can't seem to get into the initial appointment. If you actually want help, don't go there.

Save yourself the headache and find another provider. Today is February 2nd and I've been trying to get my child someone to talk with there since December 9th. Severe ineptitude doesn't instill confidence in services.

First of all let me start out by saying that ever since dr. Boone was let go the clinic has gone downhill. The doctor now doesn't hear your concerns and doesn't care. Secondly the homeless situation amongst our mentally ill and recovering addicts as well as addicts is concerning so concerning they will camping out on centerstone property during the winter months freezing to death and were removed from the property instead of assisted with housing. Now the benches up town were removed due to the homeless people sleeping on them. Way to go alton like removing the benches is really gonna solve the problem no it doesn't. Now covid has hit and it's easy for everyone who works there because out of sight out of mind is the case for them. They are at home on a phone or only using zoom to communicate with us. I feel they need to be reviewed by proper people who can assist in getting this place right. Also they receive grants and funding but where is it all going because I have been homeless for going on 2 years and on the waiting list and still have yet to get a stable place to be able to feel safe and continue to heal

I don't understand how they can require a patient to have so many phone visits per month then either not call properly or call *67. They gave my daughter who is bipolar a injection twice then tell her she can't have it anymore abruptly. I don't know about you but I don't understand how they can do that to someone who has to have medication. This is one of the reasons people who have mental illness harm themselves or others.
