Had a therapist who frequently cancelled my appointments and didn’t reach out to me for weeks because they were either unavailable or out of office. When I tried to change therapists, they said I couldn’t until I showed “consistent engagement” with my current one, even though that was the whole problem at hand. Was also told I “attract chaos” when I informed my therapist of some dark things happening in my life. Unprofessional on so many counts and I honestly don’t think anyone there actually cares about their patients.

This has been the worst experience for my Mom with her centerstone caseworker. Her name is Kristin Ritter. Mom and I have never been more frustrated in all our lives. We have called and left numerous messages for Kristin, needing her help but she will not answer the phone. She never calls back. When we are lucky enough to see her at centerstone she tells us nothing but lies. This has been the most unprofessional experience that we have ever encountered. I can't believe this person is a social worker. What a runaround.

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER CALL THE CENTERSTONE CRISIS LINE. They will simply tell you that they are not Centerstone and to call during business hours and intentionally make your crisis 10-fold. Ridiculous. Why is it called Centerstone Crisis if it's not AT ALL affiliated with Centerstone??? If you are naive enough to ever call a crisis line and admit that to your therapist they put you on some ban list for God only knows how long. We'll find a new place because 6months will pass and your time will not be up yet.
