Colleen was very pleasant however the director was extremely cold, heartless and just plane rude! I am here for a emergency surgery for my husband I had enough medicine to get through until I went home however due to complications from surgery I had to extend my stay a week. I had to set up guest dosing. I was told to come between 8-830 got there at 832 and the price jumped up an extra $40. Colleen said lets talk to the director and see if he can wave the fee. He not only insulted my home Clinc but also jumped down my throat for not getting there before 8am. Getting verbally attacked when you have lived at the hospital for a week and a half was a sure way to set of a anxiety attack! I plan on moving to Florida within the next year as my husband already lives here, I was excited to talk to them about what a transfer would look like Now I would rather drive a hour and a half to Orlando and go to the sister clinic we’re I go know then be a patient here.

I am baffled how this location even is allowed by DCF to stay open. There is absolutely no leadership, hostile work environment, patients are not the priority and records are poor at best. DCF if you are reading this, take a good hard look at this center and do the public a favor and shut it down!
