Waited over a month for an appt and upon arrival found out it had been cancelled and never received a phone call. They found someone last minute who shouldn’t be a professional anything. After discussing my trauma & triggers for last 19 months she said welcome to Wyoming. She couldn’t keep up with the timeline or progression of my situation and was very rude and invalidating. Garbage facility, go there at your own risk.

Nice supportive staff. Good food, it's clean and safe. Great program! This place Helped me through my journey into recovery. Life changing. I really believe that anyone who is serious and actually WORKS their treatment plan will succeed! 🖤🙌

I was moved from therapist to therapist. When I wouod describe my depression to a therapist they told me I didn't have depression because "I still had to do chores around my house and pay rent which is something NO ONE WITH DEPRESSION DOES." When I told them I needed to change my appointments to ever 2 weeks instead of every week because I was working a full time job my therapist told me I wasn't taking therapy seriously and she also told me she didn't even want to work there anymore. I also had a psychologist try and prescribe me antipsychotice when I asked for anxiety meds because she said my anxiety must be causes from me being on Prozac even though I had anxiety BEFORE being prescribed prozac. This place is pretty awful and they like to dump patients from person to person and most therapist will just stare at the clock until you stop talking and then tell you they think you're lying about having depression and that you're just lazy or it must be "because of this president we have". They also told my brother who was a soldier with ptsd from the military that he's a liar until he brought in a detailed diary of everything he saw in the war at which point the therapist CRIED IN FRONT OF HIM and begged him for forgiveness because she hadn't believed him for over a year.... this therapist still works there despite that incredibly unprofessional behavior. Cwcc does not want to be held accountable for any of this and will literally refuse comment on any of it because they dont want to own up to their mistakes.

Patient dumping its a type of medical malpractice. Look it up this place does that when they are faced with a potential lawsuit or liability they will no longer see you. And they wont even tell you why they will just have you on hold fpr hours then hang up the phone say they are filling perscriptions when they aren't. You call the pharmacy after a weekend and find out no perscription was written. I was in the cwcc group home and gpt pregnant that was when I was dummped as a patient by robbin decastrio.

Appointment scheduled a month and a half out just to be canceled. Call to get it rescheduled thinking I can keep the same day... nope! They wanted to reschedule another 3 weeks out!
