If I could leave zero stars, I would. Completely negligent. Staff did not assist in daily functions. My mother's Help Light was broken and nothing was done to fix it. When she called for help, no one came. Food was discusting as well. Please do not go here, if possible.

I just wanted to share that I think the receptionist there is one of the friendliest people I have had the honor of speaking with. Kimberly is always so warm and friendly and she greets each person with enthusiasm. I really think she has got the corner marketed on customer service. You've definitely hit gold with that one CUNR :-)

This place is horrible food for residents is DISGUSTING when i worked there there was a few times i had to go buy residents food with my own money because they were so hungry. They also messed up two of my pay checks & i never received my money & when i try to talk them about it they are rude! The place is so unclean & full of Covid-19 so think twice before you put your family members in this nursing home
