William Carlyle3 StarAppointment cancelled 1 hour prior appointment. Made a fuss and thankfully we were able to still come in. The counselor we met with was kind, and with some elbow grease we managed to set up a follow up appointment W/I 2 weeks. Front office lacks compassion, but hopefully the medical staff will continue to compensate.Tuesday 1st October 2019
