Had to click one star to be able to write a review but ZERO STARS are more appropriate!!! Please look elsewhere if you need treatment. The staff is full of people that truly could care less about you, your addiction, or even the bare minimum of the work they are there to do. I actually personally witnessed and was inadvertantly involved in two cases of gross violations of other patients privacy rights and am trying to secure a lawyer for to get those two staff members fired. Not to mention the fact that while I was there voluntarily I contracted head lice from doing my laundry in that nasty nasty place.

The staff is amazing they have gone above and beyond. The food is good accommodations are fair, structure is phenomenal. I recommend anyone struggling to check it out.

I would've given minus stars if this site allowed. My son has been detoxing in the waiting room for 3.5 hours now. If you have any kind of insurance GO ELSEWHERE!!! They knew we drove an hour and a half to get here and they did nothing for us before we got here???? Illinois needs to shut this horrible place down before someone truly dies in the waiting room!!!
