D.j Clark a youth counselor was giving my 14 year old a vape to smoke daily and who knows how many other peoples children. Tried calling numerous times 6 to be exact and was always told the supervisor would be in touch and never did I highly recommend looking in to other facilities before sending your child here they very well could leave with more things they are addicted to than they went with.

so ive been here-in the residential unit-twice, i spent six months of my life here! i wouldnt be clean if i didnt come here but GOOD GOD theres crickets that race each other down the hallway, noodles on the ceiling, silverfish that look like they'll murder u in ur sleep, all the food was jus no thanks, and it was overall jus dirtier than my 6 year old brother on sloppy joe night but hey shoutout to ms.abby bc shes fantastic and i literally wouldnt be alive if she hadnt helped me screw my head on straight and have a will to stay clean. she deserves a raise and a nobel piece prize bc that woman literally saved my absolute LIFE. i would never have made it this far without her. but yeah chestnut is interesting🙃

Overall a great system. I went in there with a raging addiction and I didn’t want to get clean I just wanted to go home. Though I didn’t have the desire to get clean it didn’t help me at the time. But when the moment came that I realized a change in lifestyle was mandatory. I did change. And I think about my time spent there all the time. The skills I picked up, the relationships I cultivated. Overall if you have the desire, the aptitude, and the drive to make a change. This place is a helpful start. You got this! -thank you Bob, Terri, Cheryl, DJ, Big Time, and the rest of the staff

I called to ask about the process of helping get better patients but Cassandra let me know they treat everyone in their institution like garbage. They are barely allowing their “patients” (aka prisoners) out of their room and only can go to the “gym” and outside. It is basically a prison. If you are thinking of sending your child or love one here, they’d be better off in prison.... FIND ANY OTHER MENTAL HEALTH CENTER TO TAKE YOUR CHILD TO, do your research please, there are other places that will teach them real life skills to help them be a successful adult. The people in this place are suffering. Boycott this horrendous place.

The staff seem nice and kind but my second appointment was at 2pm . Well when I arrived turned out someone made it for 2am when their not even open . They didn’t make any room to see me but order me more pills and had to come back two weeks later . The lady I see is name jean she seems nice but when you try and explain something she cuts in says I don’t understand and don’t get it . She will not let you explain it so she will understand she just cuts you off so she can figure it out for her self . Just seems really rude and annoying when you can’t talk with out her cutting in none stop . Also took a blood test and didn’t bother to call me about the results . Luckily the results were emailed to me with her was almost two months wait . When I asked about it she seemed confused and said it wasn’t low when you can clearly see it is . Just didn’t seem like she wanted to listen anything I say she acts like she knows everything. I had to raise my voice and tell her no I know my body and when I took this it worked.
