I would give this place zero stars if it were an option.... Don't waste your time here. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare monthly and jumping through hoops to get needed medication.

Never gives refills on time and makes you wait all day for an emergency appointment and makes you miss rides. STILL WAITING AND WROTE THIS TEN MINUTES AGO AHHHHHH

They never answer the phone, never return calls , and You get stupid recording causing you to miss your appts . I dont reccomend any chestnut ridge services

This place is understaffed and they take on more patients than they can handle. Very hard to get a return call back in a reasonable amount of time (it took her 3 weeks to get back to me). I don’t think they genuinely care about their patients, and I would not recommend them at all.
