I truly can't put into words what I witnessed in this facility. I am still in shock from the things I heard and smelled. The entire place smells of urine and cigarettes. The rooms meant for one person, have three people. There were COVID positive people without masks. There was actually someone trying to escape the facility. I will do everything in my power to make sure this facility is shut down and never re-opened. Do not reply to my review with an apology. You should be ashamed of yourselves for having others live this way. I wish I would have never stepped foot in this place because I am forever traumatized knowing that people are living there. I am disgusted with the staff and administration and I will do everything I can to make sure you no longer have jobs. This facility takes advantage of people who have no place to go and has them live in filthy conditions. I requested for someone from the administration to call me, but I never received a call because they know they are unethical and don't want to hear the truth. KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES OUT OF THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT THEM TO LIVE.

This place needs to be shut down. The Administrator wouldn't even show her face. Prisoners get better care in prison! DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES STAY IN THIS FACILITY. THEY WILL END UP DEAD! I wouldn't let a stray dog stay here.

I like how the administration rubber stamps there response to complaints and yet nothing changes this place is truly a place that dont care staff are there just to collect a check so sad that the patients are there and no one cares not happy about my friends treatment

I worked here as a PRSC for eleven months and absolutely loved my work and helping my residents everyday. I put in my two week notice due to family circumstance, but I hands down recommend this as a good and fulfilling job experience.
