P K1 StarChoice's staff were unorganized and had poor communication. No one could answer questions or concerns of mine throughout the program, and staff failed to provide updates regarding the program as I progressed. The program is very expensive for those who self pay, and when I voiced my dissatisfaction with the treatment I was provided, rather than offering a logical solution, they told me to go somewhere else. I feel that for over $1000 a month, they should be more willing to work with someone who is seeking treatment for alcohol and depression. Would not recommend.Wednesday 6th November 2019
