Our highly trained therapists take a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to determine the unique needs of each individual. Based on their own customized treatment plan, clients resolve addictive disorders and underlying issues through active engagement in effective, evidence-based treatment modalities. These may include:
Our Intensive Outpatient Program is informed by the Model of Developmental Maturity, which shows that many adult behavioral and relational problems can be traced to childhood trauma.
Left unprocessed, trauma stunts emotional development and contributes to many disorders.
Our expert therapists work with clients to identify their own problematic beliefs and behaviors, as well as what triggers them.

They did a great job of making group enjoyable but also really helping us get to know ourselves better. I would recommend Circle City IOP to anyone interested. Francie Wilcox5 StarThis is my not my first IOP but by far the best program I have attended. The therapist here work closesly with each and every patient to meet all needs and the main focus is on how underlying issues play into substance abuse and the infulence untreated mental health issues can hinder you and how to work with that. There is work surrounding going through the past to help heal for the future. Not only do they offer the group IOP sessions but individual sessions with the therapist. The atmosphere due to the topics that come along with addiction/ mental health can feel intense sometimes but all the skills and resources along with support made it one of the most comforting and safe enviorments I have ever done hard work like this in.
