One of the only places I would recommend for a rehab in the whole county! Truly amazing people and put the care of the patient always first.Friday 3rd December 2021
wanda rushing4 StarI transferred my mother from Avante of Leesburg a couple of days ago to Citrus Health and Rehab. It was a smooth transition thanks to the assistance of Christine Warsche. In dealing with Christine, I just knew that my mother was going to the best place. Christine was sharp and efficient; she answered all my calls; she gave me her cell number. She got my mother transferred well within 24 hours as well as my stepfather. Christine worked around the clock to assist me with my emergency. It was an amazing experience she jumped through hoops for me for this transition. Luckily, she was able to put both of them in the very same room .
I went to visit my parents the next day and I found that the room was very clean, very inviting and the staff were very nice, pleasant, and accommodating. My father said the food is amazing. The male nurse and the tech Brittany were especially great in dealing with my mom.
I highly recommend this place and I know that my parents are gonna be cleaner and happier than they were at Avante at Leesburg which is a totally different story. My family and I can sleep better at night. The 24 hours visitation is a plus!!

Amy Heart1 StarI have visited Citrus Health and Rehab many times, the care and concern of the resident is unnoticed. I would not recommend this rehab. When going to the woman who is suppose to be in charge of the nurses she just blew me off, and said moving forward. That is a very rude statement. I believe her name is Jeanette. If I want to address a problem I feel it should be taken care of now not to be told moving forward.Thursday 10th March 2022
