I can't speak for everyone but for me this is a scary thing to deal with. I was amazed at how easy and comforting this experience has been . I can't thank you enough.

The chick at the front desk is. Very disrespectful. The doctors are great very warm welcoming and caring but the front desk literally is making me go 3 days without meds for a mistake on 30 minutes in time. I don't think she understands, cares or grasps the fact that. Leaving someone who was previously addicted to drugs without medication can cause them to turn backwards and go get high by blocking you from getting the only thing that keeps you from possible relapse and death. Over a simple mistake. And I've seen people late be taken in before with. No problem

I've been going to this place over A year. Found out yesterday I'm positive for covid, I Have documentation to prove that and I Sent the documentation to the manager of the Greenwood office and was called back and told that I still have to come in EVEN being positive for covid! The lady was rude about it and now I have to risk me going out in public and risk the office people Since I'm positive for covid. Makes no sense They want to bring a covid positive person in just because they won't do a zoom Meeting For my appointment today.
