Everyone was nice and respectful. I got the help I needed immediately and would recommend clean slate to anyone wanting to get their lives back on track. Better than other programs I've tried such as Eskanazi treatment center who makes you feel wierd about trying to get help.

I was referred to this clinic from my insurance after a year of neglect from my physician at another clinic called Journey Road. I was having hypersensitive reactions to the medication i was given and was ignored for a year and suffered. I decided to advocate for myself and switch to a better clinic & let me tell you, it was the best decision of my life. I started here a little over a month ago, and was already in the process of prior authorization through my insurance to receive the medication i needed to maintain my sobriety. We had already sent 3 different PAs to insurance, all being denied because of lack of information & my old clinic was found incompetent. When i started here i was lost, disappointed and on the verge of giving up on myself and my sobriety & the first day i walked in i felt the love & support from EVERY physician in this clinic. They ALL work hard to make sure you are well taken care of and wont stop for NOTHING when it comes to patient care and needs! I am beyond astonished and extremely grateful to this clinic and their physicians, within a month they were able to start the entire process over again, receive and send documents needed for insurance within no time & kept contact with them pending ANY issues and was well prepared to back those issues with solutions. Insurance was at the point of aggravation with my case and they werent ready to listen, but clean slate made them listen. Once we found out exactly what was causing the issues they had a whole new document sent in within an hour and my PA WAS APPROVED TODAY! After a whole year of suffering and pain they did in 1 month what my other clinic couldnt do in a year! I am still considered new here but yet we are already a family. They have saved my life and fought harder for me than anyone in my life. They made me feel loved and worthy of happiness and comfort & i wouldnt want to be anywhere else. The moment i found out i was approved, something so unrealistic to me nowadays, the first and ONLY person i wanted to tell was my doctor and thank goodness she gave me her personal number incase of emergencies because she cares that much for her patients, because on a Sunday morning i was able to call her and celebrate our victory together. This is the best clinic in the world, and if you are nervous like I was, dont just pick the first place that accepts you; your health matters your mental stability matters, your LIFE AND SOBRIETY matters! So do whats best for YOU and set an appointment with clean slate. Itll be the best decision you ever made. They saved my life.
