I’d rather kill myself than go back here. Every day is monotonous nonsense. You will not learn how to control your addiction. The staff will treat you like a child and do everything in their power to hold you there. It’s insanity. I’ve sense been to a treatment center that has been much more forward thinking and effective. Avoid this place at all costs. You will regret coming here.

I went for detox and all the staff we compassionate, caring and honest. They said in a way I needed to hear it! I’m moving on with more tools in my bag. Shout out to nursing you go above and beyond for us clients and handle the winning and complaining like champs.

Would not recommend this center and I've experience recovery before with various other centers - this is the most unorganized, uneducated and disrespectful center I've experienced. The tech support staff is early sobriety or in openly active use, and too, often times more so unprofessional or just generally respectful of others and patients. The experience is truly like going to high school or freshman college lead by the students themselves. The rules change by day and too, the desperate treatment of patients vary with extreme rules measurement. Patient respect is deeply missing. Too, believe many of the 5 star ratings on here are done by staff. The staff that leads classes are good however the upper management doesn't allow them to speak to better the program. Some like Shaundra have good experience to share with recovery however tend to deflect their own experience to others vs. listening & support to the patient's journey. Unfortunately her classes was filled with a lot of guilt & shame blasting while she thinks she's meeting her goal to "wake up" the patients - I do not feel taking her classes added to my recovery. Others like Flo and Chris were very educated and brought a lot of positive additions to add to the tool kit to enable a first recovery start or pick up the patient after a set back. Nursing is very good overall, however found that Wendy has a sharp, disrespectful tone and attitude towards some patients at times. I warn of being sent to this center to fill up spots as its still in new operation. It launched in mid 2021 and the disorganization / unprofessional staff shows immensely to patients within their first week. That said, did hear other Banyan Centers are much better, and if this is your choice - would recommend an alternative location option to enable a positive jump start to your or your loved one's recovery journey.

Clearbrook is a beautiful place I myself have been to many treatment centers and not one was anything like CB. They offers many things that other programs do that. And it's also a smoking facility and get lots of fresh air breaks. The location is beautiful and peaceful a great place to clear your head. Although it is a new facility and there may be kinks just like any other place, there has been many of positive changes and overall is a amazing place to start your recovery.

I enjoyed the banyan center very much the staff are amazing and groups were very helpful. This would be my third recovery center I've been too and I definitely will say it is a great facility and will be my last. Food is good and did lots of activities. Most of the staff are in recovery themselves so it is truly easy for them and the patients to relate. I would recommend this to everyone great grounds great teachers and staff.
