Oh how if I could give 0 stars I would , I truly believe I have been treated with the utmost disrespect & disregard from the staff at this place . They truly do not care about you at all . They are dysfunctional , unprofessional, & understaffed & will make that appear as your fault . I have even been told by staff that I was being treated unfairly . I am a young African American woman & I truly believe I have been treated differently due to the color of my skin . I came in to take a UA test today. They have the message when you call in for testing from 9am-5:30 pm. I arrive at 5:16 pm after rushing to leave work to drive to their center to make sure I am on time to do the test . The lazy receptionist had the audacity to tell me she’s not helping me because she “needs to go “ lady this is your job ? Isn’t this what you get paid to do? I wish I could tell my customers I won’t help them because if I have to go I would be fired ! She even said I came in early. Do I have a right to leave ? Okay I’m not your boss, go cry or yell at them just like I have a right to get my test done as I am here on time . I asked for her boss's contact info and she denied me . She gave me the worst attitude & told me to deal with the fact that I just left my job to come & her not to help me . She was so rude it’s funny how on these people's websites they say they have been dedicated for 25 years to helping their customers but I have not once felt dedication from any of their staff besides Melissa . I will no longer be seeing them & if you are black I recommended you don’t either ! They are some disgusting humans who don’t care about you 1 bit!

This place is a joke they dont care about there clients at all I was seeing Sarah she dropped me and my child for no reason. They have been paid to see us they take the money but dont do the job. Worst place ever.

Dr Johnathan Boatwrite is the most unprofessional, easily triggered, doesn't care about your sobriety Dr I've ever met. I'm so glad I changed Doctors, he was making want to use drugs......WOW A DOCTOR THAT SPECIALIZES IN ADDICTION....BUT DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE ABOUT REAL LIFE.. PRAY YOU DONT GET HIM....VERY VINDICTIVE.
