Leaving old people like ms d in her urine all night wont get her out of bed for weeks at a time so now she is unable to walk do not send your family here to die of grief & depression. They also send the patients to doctors apt alone an unsupervised intentionally knowing they wont be seen then they are left in middle of a halllway from 12pm to 5:30pm unsupervised no food or water how inhumane im disgusted

I was deprived of needed medication and meals. This was the worst experience of my life. Do not go here!! Never saw a therapist for rehabilitation. Was placed on a bed that had no remote for me to adjust. Everyone is off on the weekend except for a very limited staff. Was deprived of a walker.

Please, please don’t allow your loved ones to come here. If you work here you will be placing your nursing license at risk. The average new employee lasts 2 to 4 weeks. I have seen some quit on their first day. The agency nurses that are brought in don’t care. I Feel so bad for the residents. Family members have limited access to to their loved ones. They would be shocked by some of the things that go on here. I worked here as a nurse for 2 years. It was a nice place until Saber took over ownership. Since Saber took over, this facility cares nothing about the residents. I often had to take care of 50+ patients with 2 CNAs. It was often 2pm by the time some residents received their 8am medications. Residents are left in bed all day. There is not adequate staffing to get the residents out of bed. We went 2 weeks without any Tylenol. It wasn’t in the budget. There was another 2 week period in which we had no alcohol pads. The DON told the staff to use hand sanitizer to wipe in skin of patients before checking blood sugars and administering insulin. We actually ran out of colostomy supplies. Even when there were supplies they were kept locked up. They don’t even fly an American Flag on the flag pole. Why? A flag wasn’t in the budget.
