We are providing in-person visits for a limited number of individuals. Please do not come to any in-person visits if you are experiencing coughing, fever, or flu-like symptoms.

Remember to wear a mask, wash your hands, and comply with screening checks when requested in any CBH facility.

It is highly unlikely, that you will see your care provider in person and you will be given access to telehealth equipment in the office to proceed with your appointment.

I was nervous during my first appointment but the therapists here are so nice and regimented, they are now looking after my child who is receiving treatment in their school and seeing my other family members. The doctors really listen to you and they receive direct information from the therapist who often sit with you in the appointment with the doctors, this really helps the doctor make informed decisions. I have never been so cared for before in a health place! Since taking medication and going to see any of the therapists in this clinic, I decided to join one of their groups, which has made me a a lot more sociable and helped me realize that I am not the only one that has been suffering. My partner is receiving substance abuse treatment; they have been good for a while on the regime they have set! If you listen carefully to the experience of the staff and the doctors, you will be on the road to recovery.

I have been going to this place for years. An last month i didnt even get to see my doctor. Why? I don't know. So I had to see another doctor that I never met before. This month I went in for my appointment today and sat for 45 minutes. Wasn't even given a notice when I got there that he was running behind. When I went up to the counter the girl went back to see how much longer he would be. She came back and said that it was going to be another 15 minutes. That means I would have had to sit there for an hour after my appointment time before I even got to see the doctor. NO! You gave me that time slot for you to see me. I am not going to wait. When your late for an appointment for the doctors they tell you you have to reschedule because you missed your appointment time. Well, hello...I do have other things to do besides sit here an wait on you.
