I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My fiancé tried for weeks to get signed up for court orders classes. Never got anything but voicemails and no returned calls. Finally, after leaving a voicemail with a supervisor, got a call back from intake which was another week long run around to finally get “signed up” which just meant taking his money. He never got his packet in the mail to tell him what to do or how to do it. Then after several more calls he finally got an email saying he was signed up for the class that was happening in hours. He would have needed more notice to ask to take off early from work. Bottom line I just hope if you are ever forced to deal with these people you have more luck than he did but I doubt you will.

CGC provided services to my family for about 10 months, 6 over zoom and 4 in person. I will be forever grateful that they assisted us- if they take you on coming out of the hospital that is great. That said, do not view them as a long term partner in care. Seek to find specialized care for your condition from another provider on your own terms. We were threatened with being dropped several times despite not missing appointments before being suddenly dropped. As you can imagine this was challenging to deal with. When there were difficult days, the response of staff tended to escalate things rather than de-escalate things. It was difficult to get a straight answer on whether the assigned therapist was offering care specialized to our situation. Since leaving CGC we are now with a therapist that is introducing aspects of specialized care that were not introduced by CGC in the 10 months that we were with them. I would suggest going on Psychology Todays website to choose a specific therapist rather than being assigned to someone with CGC. There are some good people there so i do not want to be too hard on them- but there are many reasons to seek care elsewhere.

The Alpha staff for the school was impolite and was not rly therapeutic for me as well as some staff making some uncomfortable comments that made me feel worse than better I do not recommend this but that is my opinion the rooms in the day treatment also felt uncomfortable as there were no windows and we stayed in one room for six hours every day it was also noisy as the other young students were screaming in class hard to focus and did not feel like a good environment.

They suck they with hold services and medicine. They do not work with you. They are not good at all in anyway other then the new therapist Jillian.

During the whole covid I was in therapy over the phone. My therapist was out of DuBois and I did not like her and I asked for a different therapist and I couldnt get one and then I got discharged for not being able to do zoom like she wanted so I was sort of happy when I found the most amazing place.
